PAX's S500 is an advanced countertop payment terminal, featuring a 2.8-inch color touch screen with Signature Capture functionality that offers a interactive user interface designed to improve the user experience by minimizing input errors. The S500 is powered by a 32-bit ARM11 CPU and large memory, offering superior performance for faster transaction processing.
With the latest PCI PTS 4.x approval, the S500 offers the latest and most reliable security protection for both consumer and merchant, including 3DES encryption, DUKPT key management and Master/Session. The ergonomic keypad comes with an integrated privacy shield.
